To organize notification of recipients about the arrival of goods in the shortest possible time from the moment of arrival of aircraft with sending scanned copies of shipping documents, ensuring information exchange with remote customs posts (CED) without submitting paper-based documents to Pulkovo customs post (for foreign cargo), we suggest you send to e-mail address of JSC "Cargo Terminal Pulkovo" contacts@pulkovo-cargo.ru the following information in the form of a letter followed by sending its original:
• for individuals:
- e-mail - to send notifications of the arrival of goods to your address with the provision of scanned copies of shipping documents, as well as the telephone number of the contact person; upon receipt of documents and goods by an authorized person - a copy of the power of attorney with the subsequent provision of its original;
• for legal entities (on the letterhead of the organization signed by the director and chief accountant):
- a card about the organization with up-to-date statistical information about the company and contact details (link).
When sending information, we suggest specifying the preferred method of initial notification of arrival (e-mail, telephone, SMS, telegram). By default, the priority is the primary notification by e-mail.
In addition, we inform you that the initial notification of the arrival of goods by telegrams will become a paid service.
